Step 1: Register Online or complete the PDF Registration form

To register for extended care, print out the paper-based registration form and
send it into the Discovery Sports Center.

*Please note that Online Registration only accepts Discover, VISA or MasterCard

Note: When you arrive to the camp for the first day, you will be asked to sign the permission slip for a field trip to the Splash Playground,
located within the South Germantown Rec Complex.
All completed forms can be faxed, e-mailed or brought in;
